Are you nomophobic without knowing it?
Do you feel anxious about leaving home without your phone? Do you compulsively check your notifications or your wifi connection? You may be suffering from nomophobia , short for "no mobile phone phobia" .
Researchers at the University of Iowa have developed a questionnaire to measure your (sometimes excessive) relationship with your smartphone. It consists of 20 statements to be rated on a scale of 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree) .

Add up your answers (maximum: 140 points).
21 to 59: mild nomophobia
66 to 99: moderate nomophobia
100 and over: severe nomophobia – it might be time to seek help or take a real digital break
