Refund policy

TATEMONO SAS pays particular attention to the quality of its products and considers that every return has a direct impact on the sustainability of its business model. The right of withdrawal provided for under French consumer law is applicable to individual buyers (B2C), but is subject to strict conditions as defined below.
1. Mandatory Prior Request
Any return is subject to a prior written request sent to contact@disconnecto.com, including:
- The order number
- Time-stamped photos of the product (from all angles)
- A detailed description of the reason for the return
Without this request and our prior written agreement, no return parcel will be accepted or processed.
2. Return Conditions
The following conditions are mandatory and cumulative:
- New, never used, unworn, unsoiled, untested product (no object must have been inserted into the slots)
- Intact and complete product in its original sealed and undamaged packaging
- Return made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (proof of delivery is conclusive)
- Return shipped exclusively by tracked delivery, at the customer's expense
Any return not meeting these conditions will be refused. The customer will be informed by email and the items will be returned to them at their expense, or held for 30 days before any further action is taken.
3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Used, worn or otherwise utilised products
- Products showing signs of wear, opening, friction or soiling
- Damaged, opened or missing packaging
- Returns made without prior agreement or after the deadline
- Customised products (logo printing, institution personalisation)
- Purchases made in a professional or institutional context (B2B) — the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (schools, local authorities, companies)
4. Refund
In the event of an accepted return following a compliance check by our team, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned parcel, via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
No refund will be issued:
- Until the product's compliance has been verified by our team
- If the parcel is damaged, incomplete or untraceable
- In the event of an identified dispute or abuse (repeated returns, false declarations)
5. Anti-Abuse Clause
Any evident abuse of the right of withdrawal (repeated returns, unjustified requests, visibly used products returned) will result in:
- Blocking of access to www.disconnecto.com
- Immediate rejection of any future request
- Possible referral of information to the competent authorities
6. Return Shipping Liability
It is the customer's responsibility to take all necessary precautions for the return: appropriate packaging, secure tracked shipment, compliance with deadlines. TATEMONO SAS accepts no liability for loss or damage to the parcel during return shipping.
